Before the sun rises, our driver will pick you up at your accommodation and take you to the salt lake of Chott Djerid. Chott Djerid, sea of chimera, where according to legend, entire armies disappeared forever, is the largest salt lake in North Africa with more than 5000 kms square!
Imagine this unique moment where the sun rises shily and appears behind the mountains...Imagine its first rays breaking on this infinite sea of salt ... Take the time to admire the view, then continue to "Debebcha", a place not far from the salt lake, and that offers a unique landscape of petrified sand. From There, head to the hot geothermal source and discover the water cooling system used to irrigate most of the region’s oases. The tour ends with a return to your hotel
